Gossip is our sister app for chat and calls. When your firm’s admin links a verified Gossip account, every paid plan costs about half — in any country. Sign-in codes and alerts can then reach you through Gossip instead of SMS.

Startup programme
For firms registered less than 2 years ago, with 5 people or fewer, that aren’t part of a larger group. Apply from Settings → Plan & billing; the Datumly team checks your registration certificate (and, in Nepal, the principal’s NEC licence number).

Pricing
Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new firm gets 30 days of Pro, with the contractor module, and no card. Then it moves to Free on its own; nothing is deleted.
Do clients count as people on our plan?
No. Clients have their own allowance of client logins, and supplier-portal users don’t count as people either.
Do we need Gossip?
No. Gossip is never required. Linking a verified Gossip account is simply how a firm gets the lower price.
How do we pay?
Datumly sends your firm an invoice. In Nepal: Khalti, eSewa, connectIPS or bank transfer. Elsewhere: bank transfer for now — online card payment is coming.
What happens if we go over a limit, or downgrade?
You can’t add more past a limit — Datumly offers a pack or the next plan. After a downgrade nothing is deleted: anything over the new limits stays readable.
How many free firms can we have?
One free firm per verified person (in Nepal also a verified phone). A free firm nobody signs in to for 90 days becomes read-only; signing in and choosing “Reactivate” brings it back.
Can one person have several roles?
Yes. A person can be Principal and Accountant for the firm, and engineer on one project and supervisor on another. Their permissions add up.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Bills, payments, ageing and timesheets export as CSV at any time, ready for Excel or your accountant.
We’re a contractor. Is Datumly for us?
Yes — the contractor module (materials, stock, equipment and fuel, procurement, cost control, supplier portal) is in Business and Enterprise, and an add-on on Pro. See Datumly for contractors.
